Christmas back home

Dear all,


Since I have not sent a lot of messages around for a while, here is one again! Hope you all had some nice celebrational days during Christmas and over New Year. I myself headed back home to stay with my mother and family in the Netherlands. It was nice, the weather was cold and I noticed I had almost forgotten what it feels like when it is freezing. As I came out of the airport a chilly wind bit me in my face and as a reaction I did not feel that well the first couple of days.


With all the Christmas and New Years eating though, I found myself getting more and more at ease and finally we had a great time all together. Time was flying. I did not fully overbook my calender, but still time slipped through my fingers and it seemed like it were not 10 days, but only a long weekend!
To give you a short impression of my stay back home I added a small clip (some parts are in Dutch, beware).


Back in Indonesia life continued at great pace as we are in the middle of our busiest season of the year.
